Our shipping rates are based on your total order value. (Before tax, if you're in Nebraska.)

How soon will my order ship?
We strive to get your goods to you as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, and you will typically receive your order within 3-5 business days.
If you need your order by a certain day, please contact me. I will do everything I can to make it happen. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If your order has not shipped, I am happy to update the address for you. Simply send me an email. If your order is already en route, there is not a way to make any changes. (So sorry - I would if I could!)
We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to package refusal or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Do you accept returns?
Absolutely! If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return it for a full refund. Mail it back to us in new condition, and a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2-3 business days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

My item arrived damaged, now what?
Damaged orders are rare, but should your order arrive to you in less-than-stellar condition, I will certainly take care of you. Click here to begin the return process.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are only required to charge sales tax for orders within the state of Nebraska.
Do you offer custom design services?
We do not offer custom design work or product customizations at this time.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
