Verselets are scripture acronym bracelets that display one letter for each word in a Bible verse.

We use them to memorize scripture and dwell on the truth of Jesus Christ. They are great conversation starters for sharing the gospel and are a wonderful way to encourage someone who is walking through a trial.

It is scientifically proven that we cannot be in a state of fear at the same time we are in a state of appreciation. This is why scripture says over and over again: Do not fear. Do not worry. Do not be afraid. Cast anxiety onto Him

This is also why scripture says: Rejoice always. Be thankful. Sing to God with gratitude. Like any other command, it's not because He is throwing more rules at us, but it's because He truly wants good things for us.

But the question is: do we actually believe it is possible to not worry? Or do we feel it is necessary? Do we think we aren't being responsible human beings if we aren't worried about something? The LORD knew from creation that this would be the world we are facing today. And His truths are as relevant today as they were the moment they were written.

Corrie Ten Boom, a faithful follower of Jesus and a survivor of the concentration camps of World War 2 said, “There is no pit so deep, that God's love is not deeper still.” He cares for us. Do we trust Him to be our hope and hiding place, even on our darkest days?
